Mr. Govinda Babu Poojari

Mr. Poojari, a seasoned veteran of the food and beverage industry with over 28 years of experience in 5-star hotels and catering, is not only the founder of Cheftalk Food & Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. but also a true humanist known for his exceptional entrepreneurial skills, love for his employees, and frequent engagement in philanthropic activities. His remarkable journey from a remote village in Karnataka to becoming a successful entrepreneur is a testament to his unwavering hard work and perseverance, with previous stints at prestigious establishments such as Holiday Inn, Ramada Group, Regent Hotel, Sodexo, and RKHS. Hailing from an agricultural family in a small village near Byndoor, Mr. Poojari's passion and drive led him to start working at the age of 13, eventually rising through the ranks in the industry and establishing his own venture, which evolved into Cheftalk Food & Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2008.

Mrs. Malati G B Poojari

Smt. Malati Govinda Babu Poojari is an active social worker and pioneer in the areas of rural development especially in women empowerment and child development. Her initiatives in bringing women to upfront from the rural areas are well appreciated in the society. Currently she is an inspiration to hundreds of several women volunteers who works for Sri Varalakshmi Charitable Trust.

Mr. Shubhakar G Poojary

With over 15 years of experience in the field of F&B and hospitality, he boasts an impressive academic background with an M.Com degree from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from IIT-C. Furthermore, his culinary expertise shines through with 5 years as an Executive Chef at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cochin

With 23 years of professional experience in the F&B Industry across 5star Indian and International Hotels, Luxury cruises, Restaurant and Catering operations, He is a Lean expert with thorough knowledge of Kaizen, Kanban, 5s and other lean activities, who has driven lean Management best Practices in various organisations. He also has been a pinnacle for the growth of many start-ups catering companies and Restaurants.

A seasoned hospitality professional with 24 years of diverse experience across multiple departments and catering units. Demonstrated expertise in operations management, food and beverage service, event planning, customer relations, andteam leadership. Proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams andensuring seamless service delivery in both standalone and large-scale hospitality setups.

HSEQ Manager

Mr. Amit Desai

Possessing a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management and a postgraduate qualification in Food Science Technology, he brings a valuable educational background to his role. With a decade of experience in the reputable catering industry and various 5-star hotels, he plays a pivotal role in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) at Cheftalk. For over three years, he has diligently maintained the company's food safety management system, ensuring that our clients are consistently served with the best.
